One Patient Journey, Connected Services

ScaleUp Dental helps clinics across Canada and the United States connect visibility, conversion, and tracking. A patient may discover a clinic in Maps, compare a treatment page, read reviews, and call before making an appointment. Each service below supports a part of that journey, with the clinic’s priorities and capacity guiding the scope.

We start by identifying the gap. More traffic will not fix an unanswered phone, and a new dashboard cannot compensate for missing conversion data. The aim is a practical system where the clinic can understand which work creates relevant opportunities and what needs attention next.

Choose the Starting Point Your Clinic Needs

If nearby patients cannot find the practice, start with local SEO for dentists and Google Business Profile accuracy. If the practice is visible but visitors hesitate to contact it, review dental website design and the call, form, and booking journey. If marketing is running but outcomes are unclear, begin with call tracking and measurement definitions.

Google Ads can add a separately measured acquisition channel where budget, landing pages, and reception capacity support it. Reviews reinforce trust, secure forms route requests, and reporting connects the evidence. You do not need every module at the same depth on day one.

GEO: Getting Cited by AI, Not Just Ranked

Generative engine optimization is built into our Patient Growth and Practice Scale plans rather than sold as an extra, because it targets queries ordinary local SEO does not reach. We measured 100 Canadian dental keywords covering 242,500 monthly searches: 94% of cost and insurance questions and 92% of treatment comparison questions now return a Google AI Overview, while searches naming a city return one only 10% of the time.

So local SEO still decides who gets the call for local intent, and GEO addresses the research stage that happens before it. The work is making answers extractable, making the practice resolve as a known entity in structured data, and confirming AI crawlers are not blocked — which more clinics fail than expect to.

Paid placement inside AI assistants is a different question again. ChatGPT ads are live for Canadian advertisers, but campaign targeting is country-level only as of October 2026, which makes them a poor buy for a single-location practice. Practice Scale covers the platform watch and switches campaigns on when that changes; multi-location groups with national reach can run them today.

Search positions, AI recommendations and citations are not guaranteed outcomes. What we commit to is the work and the monitoring.

From Audit to Monthly Decisions

A Free Dental Growth Audit reviews the Business Profile, website conversion, reviews, competitors, and tracking gaps. We then agree on priority services, access, clinic approvals, reporting definitions, and implementation scope. Monthly reviews use available evidence and staff feedback to choose the next work.

Compare our dental marketing plans for current prices and inclusions. Advertising spend, third-party software, and custom work are separate unless explicitly included. A qualified inquiry, a booking request, and a confirmed appointment are different stages, and our reporting keeps those distinctions clear.

Dental Marketing Services FAQ

What dental marketing services does ScaleUp Dental offer?

Dental SEO, local SEO and Google Business Profile management, Google Ads, website design and development, online booking, call tracking, review management, secure forms, and a marketing dashboard. Most clinics start with two or three and add others as the foundations improve.

How much do dental marketing services cost?

Plans start at $400 per month for local search foundations, $2,000 per month for connected SEO, AI search optimization, ads and tracking, and $3,500 per month for the full system including AI ad platform management and one-clinic-per-area exclusivity. Website setup is $1,250 one-time with a year of hosting. The two recurring rates are founding client pricing, locked for the first three practices. Ad spend and third-party software are quoted separately.

How long do dental marketing services take to show results?

Tracking, website, and follow-up fixes can show changes within weeks. Local SEO and content usually take three to six months to show meaningful movement, depending on the market and the starting point.

Which dental marketing service should we start with?

Start with the main constraint: discovery, website conversion, or measurement and follow-up. The growth audit identifies the priority before services are scoped.

Do we need SEO and Google Ads together?

Some clinics benefit from both, but the mix depends on budget, service priorities, website readiness, and appointment capacity. Paid search and organic performance are measured separately.

Do you guarantee new patients or AI recommendations?

No. We improve the acquisition system and measure relevant inquiries and known appointment outcomes. Patient decisions, search rankings, and AI citations cannot be guaranteed.

Where can we see pricing?

The Plans page lists current prices, inclusions, and separate costs. Custom requirements and third-party integrations are confirmed in the agreement.
